If I knew how to take a good photograph, I'd do it every time.
Robert Doisneau.
I came to thank for adding me to your devWATCH but this photograph caught my attention immediately. I wish I were a professional and offer you some sort of constructive criticism. I wish I could properly explain what is it about it that attracts me so much. the composition of fragments of footsteps. the contrasting figure of a man... I guess I should be looking at him and his shadow... but instead, I'm mesmerized by the trails in the sand. and every time I read the title I hear words "our shadows taller than our souls..." in my head.
Thanks a lot for your interesting comment and the fav" it was unexpected, i really appreciate it. :)

To me the picture is an illustration of life and reminds me that the journey has just begun... but what will remain of it ? footsteps ??? lol... maybe shadows and silence... in fact the question is pointless, we have to walk and try not to get lost, that's what i wanted to show...

by the way you said that your heared in your head : "our shadows taller than our souls..." is it "starway to heaven" from led zepplin ?
